The group of golden-headed lion tamarins observed by our team had offspring again at the turn of the year. In this year's breeding season, "only" one cub was born. However, we were also able to admire three young animals last season, one of which was a twin birth. The group size of the collared golden-headed lion tamarins remained stable at 7-8 individuals in 2023. A total of three different groups have been observed at Fazenda Bom Pastor so far. This all points to good availability of food in the habitat.
